Integrated Development Environments

Visual Studio 2019

My preferred IDE for C++. It's an IDE that I cannot live without.

PyCharm

I found it while browsing the JETBRAINS site and immediately fell in love.

IntelliJ IDEA

My favourite IDE for Java. It's much easier to use compared to eclipse.

Android Studio

Its just IntelliJ IDEA but mainly for developing Android Apps.

Text Editors

VIM

I used it when studying RHEL 8 and found it's visual block mode to be useful.

Brackets

It is a text editor designed for web development and is very easy to use.

Notepad++

The better version of regular Notepad. Easy to use with features like autosave.

Visual Studio Code

I recently switched to this text editor and I'm completely in love!

Coding Languages

C++

A very powerful object oriented programming language with many uses.

Java

My preferred language for developing Android Apps. Kotlin is just as good too.

JavaScript

It's not Java it's JavaScript. It is very easy to learn so it's great for beginners.

Python

Not a snake. It's a language that is super easy and is the best for beginners.

PHP

A server side scripting language that is relatively easy to learn

HTML5

Not a PROGRAMMING but a MARKUP language for web development.

CSS3

A markup language that is neglected but can be used to make beautiful sites.

My message to you :

It's not about what tools you have. It's what you create that truely matters.
